Threeflower Hawthorn (Crataegus triflora) - Shrubby, usually multistemmed, but may reach 6m. Leaves thin, dull green, 2—7cm long, slightly lobed, widest at middle or below. Fruit red, flesh soft, succulent; calyx lobes large, persistent. Stamens most often 30 or more.

Habitat:

Wooded ravines and slopes under mesic forests, limestone outcrops, flatwoods, prairies.
